Aine Delaney - Acupuncturist, Midwife, Registered Nurse
Aine is a registered acupuncturist with qualifications in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, and post graduate training from Nanjing University in China.
Prior to this, she practiced nursing and midwifery in Ireland and South Africa. While living in the United States, she graduated in Acupuncture from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago and successfully passed the American State Board Examinations.
Aine has practiced acupuncture for over 30 years and has extensive clinical experience with many medical and pain conditions. She has worked as an Acupuncturist in the Sims Fertility Clinic in Dublin, supporting couples undergoing fertility treatment and now helps couples with fertility issues in her clinic in Galway City. She is a professional member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland.

Bernie Doyle - Acupuncturist
Bernie qualified as an Acupuncturist and Naturopath from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2010. She subsequently travelled to China and completed a clinical internship programme with the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hangzhou, China. Here she studied in a very busy outpatient department in the hospital, where they treated people for a variety of conditions with acupuncture. Bernie believes that ill health can be as a result of an imbalance in the body and acupuncture together with lifestyle changes can restore the body back to wellbeing.
Women’s health is of particular interest to Bernie, she has completed post graduate training in this area including attending Zita West training in London. She also completed a Diploma in TCM Gynaecology and Obstetrics – Acupuncture, awarded by Dr Trevor Wing of the Woman’s Natural Health Practice in the UK.

Mairead Dee - Acupuncturist
Mairead attended Galway College of Integrative Acupuncture from 2005-2008, and on completion, was awarded with an Honours Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine & Licentiate to practice.
Mairead completed her clinical training at the Pu Shan Chinese Medicine Clinic in Dublin in 2008, with the renowned Dr. Zheng Wang.
In 2009 she attended an intensive holistic course at the Al Ronc Clinic in France. Mairead has also completed a Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Course at the Smiling Body Clinic, Galway.
Mairead has been in clinical practice since 2008, running clinics in Galway and Leitrim, with many successful outcomes for her patients. Mairead also holds two BA (Hons) Degrees in Management, awarded by the Institute of Public Administration, Lansdowne Road, Dublin.

Astrid Borgmann - Amatsu Orthopath
Astrid is a qualified experienced Amatsu Orthopath (Master Practitioner) having completed four years of training with Daghda Synergy Amatsu Therapy Academy and Dennis Bartram, the western father of modern Amatsu. She also holds an undergraduate degree in physical education from the University of Hamburg and is a practising yoga teacher with a keen interest in natural movement and therapeutic applications.
She regularly participates in postgraduate CPDs in Ireland and the UK and is currently studying additional postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Therapy. Astrid is a registered member of Amatsu Therapy Association (ATA) and the Orthopadeic and Soft Tissue Therapists of Ireland (ROSTI).

Dr. Suraya Diaz - Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist
Dr. Diaz with a lifelong commitment to health and science, has worked to combine her scientific research with complementary medicine.
She received her doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from one of the world’s leading universities (University College London). While excelling in medical scientific research, Dr. Diaz also went on to follow her passion for complementary medicine by establishing herself as a certified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist consultant.
Following her years of scientific research and studies in the various medical sciences, Dr. Diaz has become a leader in the field of consultancy and product formulation using an integrated Functional Medicine approach.

Emer Walsh - Nutritionist, BAgrSc (Hons)
Emer holds a BAgrSc (Hons) from UCD and a Diploma In Biomedicine and Nutrition from CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), Galway. Her background includes vast experience in the HSE Hospital, Primary care and Pharmacy setting as well as a range of other health care areas, including the MedTech and Biopharmaceutical industries. She also worked for 3 years as a Planner on the National Rural Environmental Protection Scheme.
An awareness of the increase in prevalence in chronic, complex diseases
leads Emer to practice Nutritional therapy encompassing Functional Medicine at the Crane Clinic to address the underlying roots of imbalances, examining all the possible causes of chronic dysfunction by taking a personalised approach; delving deep into the person’s history, both from a biomedical and genetic perspective as well as any lifestyle issues that may be perpetuating various conditions.
